e-Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) shall be valid for one (1) year from the purchase date, for one-time use only.
2. The value of the e-Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10), Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20), Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50), Ringgit Malaysia Hundred (RM100) and Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500) only.
3. The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e-Voucher.
4. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
5. Expired e-Voucher(s) will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
6. The e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash in part or in full or with other items and is valid for a single transaction only.
7. Only original and valid e-Voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
8. Multiple e-Vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
9. The e-Voucher(s) is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
10. If the value of item purchased is less than the value of the e-Voucher, any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
11. In the event that the value of the e-Voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating stores, the balance must be borne by the e-Voucher holder.
12. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) will not be responsible in any way for any lost or damage to the e-Voucher. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the lost or damaged e-Voucher(s).
13. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice whatsoever.
14. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating store(s) and the e-Voucher holder.
15. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-Voucher(s) may constitute an offence under the law and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
16. No further e-Voucher(s) will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Voucher(s) are used, regardless of e-Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
17. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC shopping centre only.
