What are Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers (“e-Vouchers”) are digital shopping vouchers that can be used at any participating stores in Suria KLCC as a cashless payment mode. It is now available for purchase and is a perfect gift for your friends, customers, employees, or loved ones, for any occasion, with no sign ups or downloads required!
You can purchase the e-Vouchers here in denominations of RM10, RM20, RM50, RM100 & RM500, which you can purchase up to RM9,990. Should you wish to purchase RM10,000 and above, kindly submit the form here and we will be in touch with you within 48 working hours.
Where can I use the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers are valid for use at participating stores in Suria KLCC only. You may refer to the full list of participating stores at www.suriaklcc.com.my/participating-stores
How do I use the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
Step 1 : Open e-Voucher by clicking the URL link in the SMS or email received.
Step 2 : Present the original e-Voucher upon purchase at the participating stores in Suria KLCC
Step 3 : Store Cashier will scan the e-Voucher barcode to validate. And it’s done!
Each e-Voucher is only valid for one-time usage at one store. The e-Voucher must be utilized before or on the validity date as stated on the e-Voucher received via the URL link in email or SMS.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the e-Voucher, no change or refund will be given. If the value of purchase is more than the value of the e-Voucher, you will require to top up the additional cost accordingly with other payment modes to make the purchase.
How do I purchase Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
How will the recipient receive the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
You can choose to send the e-Vouchers to the recipient either via email or SMS during purchase. The recipient will receive an email or SMS based on the option chose, with the value of e-Vouchers sent along with your personalized message and your name.
An URL Link to use the e-Voucher will be shared in the email or SMS, and the recipient will be able to click and utilize the e-Vouchers at any participating stores in Suria KLCC.
Upon a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Following that, the recipient will receive the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher(s) link immediately via email or SMS.
How do I cancel my purchase or get a refund?
No cancellation or exchange are allowed once payment is approved.
Refund is restricted to overpayment or redundant payment caused by technical related glitch during the payment process. If in case of refund, the e-Voucher that you purchased may be cancelled, and such cancellation takes effect within the next 24 – 48 hours through original method of payment.
In the event that your purchase account is found to be involved in any fraudulent transaction(s), we reserve the right at our sole discretion to temporarily suspend your account. What do I do if the recipient did not receive any SMS or email (including junk mail) after I have purchased the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?

Can international tourists or shoppers purchase the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers?
Yes. You can also send the e-Vouchers to an international mobile number by selecting the respective country code and filling in the mobile number accordingly in the field provided during purchase.
